Jollof Rice
Description
Nigeria Jollof has a reddish-orange color from blended tomatoes and red
peppers, and gives off a savory, spicy smell with hints of herbs, onions,
and tomato.
It is bold, spicy, and slightly sweet, with deep tomato and seasoning flavors.
Ingredient
- 2 cups of parboiled rice
- 3 tomatoes blended
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 table spoon of tomato paste
- 1 large onion
- 2 cup of chicken stock
Steps
- Prepare the base ( blended tomatoes e.t.c )
- Parboil rice
- Cook the sauce
- Add Rice
- Add vegetables
- Garnish & Serve
