Fried Rice
Description
Fried rice has a savory, umami-rich flavour that hints of soy sauce,
garlic, and sometimes sesame oil.
The texture is slightly chewy and firm, with individual grains staying
separate and lightly crisped from the stir-fry.
Ingredient
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 1/2 cups mixed vegetables
- 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt & peppers to taste
Steps
- Prep the rice
- Scramble the eggs
- Saute the Aromatics
- Cook the vegetables
- Add rice
- Season, finish, serve
